The installation steps of the electromagnet are as follows:
1. Before resettlement, you should carefully read the application declaration of the product, check whether the product fully meets the application requirements, be familiar with the key points of resettlement, and make preparations.
2. When placing the solenoid, the coil is upward and connected to the vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid should be in the same direction as the flow of the pipeline. It should not be placed in a place with splashing or leaking water.
3. The working medium of the electromagnet should be clean and free of particulate impurities, and the dirt and filter on the appearance of the electromagnet's internal parts should be clean and clean on schedule.
4. When the electromagnet is obstructed, in order to cut off the electromagnet in real time and ensure the normal operation of the system, the bypass assembly is optimally arranged.
5. Do not place the electromagnet in the low recess of the pipeline, so as to avoid the accumulation of steam condensate and impurities in the electromagnet and damage the operation.

11. It should be guaranteed that the voltage is within the range of 15[%]-10[%] of the rated voltage.
12. After the electromagnet is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. And it needs to be energized several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be put into application formally.
Media suitability of electromagnet
1. The fluid in the pipeline must be the same as the medium marked in the selected electromagnet model.
2. The temperature of the fluid must be less than the marked temperature of the electromagnet.
3. The allowable liquid viscosity of the electromagnet is generally below 20CST, and it should be declared if it is greater than 20CST.
4. When the working pressure difference in the pipeline is less than 0.03Mpa, the direct-acting type or the stepwise direct-acting type should be selected; when the working pressure difference is greater than 0.03Mpa, the pilot type can be selected. The working pressure should be less than the maximum working pressure marked by the electromagnet.
5. Generally electromagnets work in one direction, so pay attention to whether there is reverse pressure, and if necessary, install a check valve.
6. The electromagnet has high requirements for the cleanliness of the medium, and it is best to place a filter in front of the valve.
